Your subscription will be renewed automatically, deactivate this option at any time by following the instructions in the general conditions.

We reserve the right to modify prices and create multiple packages and options; and this at any time. However, a current subscription remains valid until it expires.

Any validation of payment is due and cannot be refunded, the subscriber is committed for the entire period of validity of the formula he has chosen. He may nevertheless cancel the tacit renewal of his subscription if he notifies us of his request by email (subscription@yooplay.fr) no less than 48 hours before the end of the validity period of the formula to which he has subscribed. Otherwise, the subscriber commits again for the duration provided for in their subscription plan.

Limitation of liability

SAS NLCS or one of its employees will be held responsible for any matters arising from this site. Nevertheless, SAS NLCS and its employees will not be held responsible for any problems arising from any irregular use of this site.

We are not responsible for your internet connection or the equipment you use. We decline all responsibility in the event of a malfunction or display problem. This will under no circumstances give rise to a refund from us.
Also make sure that your web browser, your OS is up to date or, where applicable, that it is not of a version that is too old, therefore not optimal or even obsolete; which would make navigation in the site www.yooplay.fr difficult or even impossible. Even if the site is accessible on phones and tablets, we recommend use on computers.

Allowances

As a user, you hereby indemnify SAS NLCS from any liability, cost, cause of action, damage or expense arising from your use of this site or your violation of any of the provisions set forth herein.

Applicable laws

This document is subject to the laws applicable in France and is intended to comply with its necessary rules and regulations. This includes the EU-wide regulations set out in the GDPR.

Divisibility
